Select your Wi-Fi network and enter the password.
Wait for a confirmation that it’s connected.
3. Install Printer Software/Drivers
On your computer, go to the printer manufacturer’s website (e.g., HP, Canon, Epson).
Download and install the latest driver/software for your specific printer model.
Alternatively, use the installation CD if it came with one.
4. Add the Printer to Your Computer
Windows:
Go to Settings > Devices > Printers & scanners > Add a printer.Mac:
Go to System Settings > Printers & Scanners > Add Printer.
